Returns/Refunds:

The policy allows returns within 14 days from the arrival date. To claim a refund for defective/broken products, customers need to provide pictures/videos of the claimed defects to customer service. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds, and shipping fees are non-refundable If the claim is confirmed within 14 days of receipt, a refund will be issued. For returns, Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Customers must return the item to us in perfect condition, unused, and without defects. Refunds will not be issued for used items. For Replacement, Replacement product will be sent upon confirmation of shipment back to the store.

Terms and Conditions:

Returns are accepted for products shipped by the store and if the item is faulty due to the store's error. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Certain items such as earrings are not eligible for return. Contact customer support for further instructions.

Return Shipping Fee:
